Best Carrot Cake With Cashew & Cheese


Carrot Cake Ingredient :

  • Carrot (grated)                           250g
  • Sugar                                        250 g 
  • Flour                                        250 g
  • Cashew Powder                         250g
  • Eggs                                                5
  • Baking Powder                         tsp 2
  • Vanila                                    tsp 1
  • Corn Oil                                      50g
  • Piladelphia Cheese                    200g
  • Icing Sugar                                400g



Method :



  • Firstly, stir flour, baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
  • Then beat egg yolk and egg white separately.
  • Add sugar 125g to beaten egg yolk and mix well.
  • Flour, Cashew Powder and carrot add to it.
  • Then mix beaten egg white and other sugar 125g. 
  • Mix both egg white and egg yolk mixture.
  • Add corn oil to this and mix well.
  • Then put it the oven in 45 minutes at 160 c degrees.
  • If you want you can coating icing mixture. 
  • Add cheese, icing and beat well like butter icing.  


NOTE

  •      Butter & eggs should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 
  •      Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
