What Is The Ginger Cake?

Ginger Cake is one of ginger flavour cake, tasty cake in this bakery side. It is made from gingwe. Including preserved ginger. It is very sticky and yummy cake with icing. This cake is fluffy from your beat method. When you beat it until the sugar melt and combine with all ingredients well you can get fine cake. This is the great cake method for other cakes. 

You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake.

Ginger Cake Ingredient : For 1 kg

  • Butter                                       125 g
  • Sugar                                       125 g 
  • Flour                                       250 g
  • Ground Ginger Powder            tsp 2
  • Ginger Preserve                       125g
  • Bee Honey                                tsp 2
  • Eggs                                                4
  • Baking Powder                          tsp 2
  • Vanila                              tsp 2 1/4 
  • Milk cup                                        1/4 



Method :



  • Firstly, beat the butter and sugar thoroughly until fluffy and pale yellow. 
  • Beat the eggs separately egg yolks and egg whites.
  • Add beaten egg yolk to butter mixture. Stir it don't beat.
  • Then stir flour, baking powder and ginger powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
  • Then add the flour and egg white slowly to mixture of butter. 
  • Add ginger preserve (chopped) and honey to it.
  • Then, mix it with vanilla and milk. 
  • Then put it in 45 minutes at 180 c degrees.


NOTE

  •      When you make milk you can add 2 tsp milk powder to water.  
  •      Butter & eggs should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 
  •      Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
