What Is The Coconut Cake?

Coconut Cake is made from main ingredient with coconut. It is very fluffy and yummy cake for all ages. This is very popular cake is southern region of the United States. 

You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake. If you love coconut you can make this easier from fresh coconuts. This is very yummy as combine with kithul treacle, Semolina and cashew...

Coconut Cake Ingredients : For 1kg
  • Butter                                         250 g
  • Sugar                                          500 g 
  • Flour                                           250 g
  • Dates                                           500g
  • One scraped coconut
  • Kithul or coconut treacle     1/2 bottle
  • Rulan (Semolina)                        500g
  • Baking Spices                           tsp 1/2
  • Cashew                                        100g
  • Plums                                           100g
  • Baking Powder                              tsp1
  • Vanila                                            tsp 1   
  • Milk cup                                          1/2 
  • Cashew                                         125g
  • Baking Soda                                  tsp 1
Method :
  • Firstly melt treacle and sugar. add water cup for it until thick mixer. It shouldn't be more thick.
  • Then add scraped coconut and mix them. Add spices.
  • Then add dates to baking soda mixer 45 minutes.
  • Then stir flour, semolina and baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour. Before add semolina want heat little.
  • Then, beat the butter and sugar thoroughly until fluffy and pale yellow. 
  • Then add the flour with a mixture of dates. Add plums and cashews.
  • Then add butter mixer and melted coconut treacle mixer to it.
  • Then, mix it with vanilla.
  • Before put coconut cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
  • Then put it into oven 60 min at 125 C degrees


NOTE


  • Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
