- Butter 250 g
500 gSugar - Flour 250 g
- Dates 500g
- One scraped coconut
or coconut treacle 1/2 bottleKithul (Semolina) 500gRulan - Baking Spices tsp 1/2
- Cashew 100g
- Plums 100g
- Baking Powder tsp1
tsp 1Vanila - Milk cup 1/2
- Cashew 125g
- Baking Soda

- Firstly melt treacle and sugar.
