Gold Colour Cashew Flavour Fruity Rock Cake


Rock Cake Ingredient :

  • Butter                                       75 g
  • Sugar                                        75 g 
  • Flour                                        200 g
  • Sultana                                         50g
  • Cashew                                       50g
  • Pumpkin Preserve                      100g
  • Eggs                                                1
  • Baking Powder                         tsp 2
  • Vanila                                    tsp 1
  • Milk cup                                      1/4
  • Salt Small amount
  • Egg yolk 



Method :



  • Firstly, stir flour, baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
  • Then add butter and stir well.
  • Then add salt little amount and sultana, pumpkin preserve, cashew.
  • Add egg after beat.
  • Then add sugar, vanilla and milk to mixture. Stir well from hand.
  • Make 10 balls from this mixture.
  • Apply butter to pan and spray flour little.
  • Then keep those 10 balls wihtout touching. 
  • Apply egg yolk to top of balls.
  • Then put it the oven in 15 minutes at 175 c degrees.


NOTE

  •      When you make milk you can add 2 tsp milk powder to water.  
  •      Butter & eggs should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 
  •      Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
