Date Cake Is Delicious cake mainly in sri lanka . It is made from main ingredient with Dates. It is very dark and yummy cake for all ages. This cake is fluffy from your beat method. When you beat it until the sugar melt and combine with all ingredients well you can get fine cake. This is the moist cake like others and make very taste from dates.
You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake.
