Chocolate Roll Cake Recipe With Yummy Icing


Chocolate Roll Cake Ingredient :

  • Flour                                    100g
  • Sugar                                   100g
  • Eggs                                          4
  • Vanilla                                 tsp 2
  • Baking Powder                    tsp 1
  • Coco Powder                       tbs 2
  • Butter                         15g (tbs 1)


Method :



  • Firstly, stir flour, baking powder and coco powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
  • Then get melt butter from double boiling.
  • Blend sugar. Separate egg white and egg yolk. Beat egg white well until turn thick. 
  • After 5 minutes add sugar to it. Beat well until melt sugar.
  • This Mixture should be like a cotton. When you turn your jar other side mixture should not fall. 
  • Then beat egg yolks. Then add to egg white mixture. Stir slowly. 
  • Then add flour and stir. Add vanilla and butter to this. 
  • Put mixture to swiss roll pan. 
  • Then put it the oven in 5-10 minutes at 185 c degrees.
  • Then get your cake and cut two parts for two cakes. Roll them loose.
  •  When it cold lay cake again and apply icing on it. (Please see icing recipe for this). It should roll on oil paper.
  • Then tight oil paper sides. Then keep refrigerator.


NOTE
  •      Butter & eggs should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 
  •      Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
