Home Made Tasty Angel Cake From Heaven


Angel Cake Ingredient :

  • Sugar                                       125g 
  • Flour                                        125g
  • Egg White                                     5
  • Corn Flour                                tbs 1
  • Cashew                                      50g
  • Baking Powder                         tsp 1
  • Lemon Juice Little drop one or two
  • Some Grated Lemon Peel 
  • Light Hot Water                       tbs 1
  • Vanila                                       tsp 1 
  • Cream Of Tartar                       tsp 1



Method :

  • Firstly, Beat egg white untill thick and then add sugar slowly and beat. 
  • Then add flour, baking powder, corn flour and cream of tartar together and stir three times until mix baking powder to flour.
  • Then add the flour with a mixture of egg and sitr without beat.
  • Then add cashew, Lemon juice, lemon peel and hot water to it.
  • Then, mix vanilla to it.
  • Before put angel cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
  • Then put it in 45 minutes at 180 C degrees
  • After cool the cake and decorate with icing and cherries.



NOTE


  • Eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
