Angel Cake Ingredient
- Sugar 125g
- Flour 125g
- Egg White 5
- Corn Flour
1tbs - Cashew 50g
- Baking Powder tsp 1
- Lemon Juice Little drop one or two
- Some Grated Lemon Peel
- Light Hot Water
1tbs tsp 1Vanila - Cream Of Tartar tsp 1
Method
- Firstly, Beat egg white
thick and then add sugar slowly and beat.untill - Then add flour, baking powder, corn flour and cream of tartar together and stir three times
mix baking powder to flour.until - Then add the flour with a mixture of egg and
withoutsitr .beat - Then add cashew, Lemon juice, lemon peel and hot water to it.
- Then, mix vanilla to it.
- Before put angel cake to oven
preheat it 10 minutes., - Then put it in 45 minutes at 180 C degrees
- After
the cake and decorate with icing and cherries.cool
NOTE
should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.Eggs
