How To Make Easy, Tasty Holiday Cake For Your Great Holiday


Holiday Cake Ingredient: For 1 kg

  • Butter                                       250g
  • Sugar                                       250g 
  • Flour                                        250g
  • Currant                                      50g
  • Egg Yolk                                       6
  • Egg White                                     3
  • Cashew                                      50g
  • Baking Powder                        tsp 1
  • Rose Essence                        tbs 1/2
  • Vanila                                       tsp 1 



Method :

  • Firstly, Beat the butter and sugar thoroughly until fluffy and pale yellow. 
  • Then add rose essence.
  • Beat the egg yolk and egg white separately. Then add to butter mixture.
  • Then stir flour, baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
  • Then add the flour with a mixture of butter. 
  • Then, mix to it vanilla, currants and cashew.
  • Before put holiday cake to oven, preheat it 10 minutes.
  • Then put it in 45 minutes at 180 C degrees



NOTE


  • Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
