Let's Make Easy, Tasty Fruity Pineapple & Apple Cake


Pineapple & Apple Cake Ingredient :
  • Cut one pineapple & 4 Apples to small square shape.
  • Sultana
  • Corn Flour                                     10g
  • Some Sugar

Method :
  • Firstly, heat pineapple, apple, Sultana and sugar with 1/2 cup of water. After little moment add liquid of corn flour and make thick mixture. 

How To Make Sugar Paste

Ingredient: 

  • Butter                                            200g
  • Sugar                                             200g
  • Flour                                              400g
  • Eggs                                                     2
  • Vanilla
  • Jam 

Method :
  • Mix all ingredient without jam like make a cake and then keep refrigerator. 
  • After it thick put to tray. (Tray height less than 1/2cm)
  • Then add jam to this layer.
  • Then add that pineapple mixture on it.
  • Then add again sugar paste. 
  • Finally apply egg white on it,
  • Keep Oven 25-35 min with 200c 

NOTE

  • Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
