Semolina Cake Ingredient
- Semolina 250g
- Sugar 250g
- Butter 250g
- Eggs 10
- Chopped Cashew 200g
- Golden Syrup
5tbs - Almond Essence tsp 1/2
- Grated Lemon Peel
- Pumpkin Preserve 100g
- Vanilla tsp 1
Method
- Firstly, stir butter and sugar.
- Then add egg yolk to it. When melt sugar little add semolina and stir it
wooden spoon.from - Add chopped cashew and pumpkin preserve.
- Then add golden syrup, Essence, Lemon peel and vanilla.
- Then beat egg white until it
thick. Then add to above mixture.turn .Stir well them - Keep temperature of 150c for 45 minutes.
- You can keep this at
2 weeks.leaset
NOTE
- Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
10 minutes your oven before keep cake mixture.Pre heat
