Semolina Cake With Cashew & Lemon Flavour

Semolina Cake Ingredient :

  • Semolina                                250g
  • Sugar                                      250g
  • Butter                                     250g
  • Eggs                                           10
  • Chopped Cashew                   200g
  • Golden Syrup                         tbs 5
  • Almond Essence                 tsp 1/2
  • Grated Lemon Peel
  • Pumpkin Preserve                 100g
  • Vanilla                                    tsp 1


Method :

  • Firstly, stir butter and sugar.
  • Then add egg yolk to it. When melt sugar little add semolina and stir it from wooden spoon.
  • Add chopped cashew and pumpkin preserve. 
  • Then add golden syrup, Essence, Lemon peel and vanilla.
  • Then beat egg white until it turn thick. Then add to above mixture.
  • Stir well them
  • Keep temperature of 150c for 45 minutes
  • You can keep this at leaset 2 weeks.



NOTE


  • Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator. 
  • Pre heat 10 minutes your oven before keep cake mixture.
