Eggless Fruit Cake For Vegetarians
- Cherries 25 g
- Cashew 50 g
- Sultana 100g
- Currants 100g
- Mix Fruit Pieces (Dry Fruits) 50g
- Water Cup 1
- Butter 125g
Milkmaid Small Tin 1 - Flour 125g
- Baking Soda Tsp 1/2
- Salt Small amount
Method
Firstly, stir , baking soda together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.flour - Then add butter and milkmaid stir well.
- Then add chopped fruits and water.
- Add salt and stir well.
- Then add flour to it and Stir well from hand.
- Apply butter to pan and spray flour little.
- Put mixture to pan. ( 8"x8")
- Then put it the oven in 45 minutes at 175 c degrees.
NOTE
- Butter & Fruits should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Before put cake to oven
