Gold Colour Cashew Flavour Fruity Rock Cake
- Butter 75 g
75 gSugar - Flour 200 g
- Sultana 50g
- Cashew 50g
- Pumpkin Preserve 100g
- Eggs 1
- Baking Powder tsp 2
tsp 1Vanila - Milk cup 1/4
- Salt Small amount
- Egg yolk
Method
Firstly, stir , baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.flour - Then add butter and stir well.
- Then add salt little amount and sultana, pumpkin
, cashew.preserve - Add egg after
.beat - Then add sugar, vanilla and milk to mixture. Stir well from hand.
- Make 10 balls from this mixture.
- Apply butter to pan and spray flour little.
- Then keep those 10 balls

.balls - Then put it the oven in 15 minutes at 175 c degrees.
