Small Yummy Vanilla Cup Cake



Vanilla Cup Ingredient :

  • Butter                                       200 g
  • Sugar                                        250 g 
  • Flour                                        300 g
  • Eggs                                                  5
  • Baking Powder                      tsp 2 1/4
  • Vanilla                               tsp 2 1/4
  • Milk cup                                        1/4


Method :


  • Firstly, stir flour, baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
  • Then beat butter and sugar well. 
  • Then add eggs one by one and beat it. 
  • After that add flour to mixture. Stir well from hand.
  • Add milk and vanilla.
  • Then put cup cake liners to cup cake tray and put mixture to it. ( fill it 3/4 )
  • Then put it the oven in 20 minutes at 175 c degrees.




NOTE

  •      When you make milk you can add 2 tsp milk powder to water.  
  •      Butter & eggs should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 
  •      Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
