How To Make Sweetest Yummy Butter Icing







Butter Icing Ingredient : (For 1kg Cake Cover)

  • Unsalted Butter                                        200 g
  • Vanila or Any Essense as you like             tsp 2 1/4
  • Icing Sugar about                                 400g - 450g


Method :



  • Firstly, stir butter and icing little amount.
  • Then add icing slowly until it turn creamy like snow.
  • Then add Vanilla and beat it well like it turns to snow.


NOTE

  • Use Icing amount slowly and icing amount depend by climate. If you have rainy climate want icing more and if dry want less icing to mixture.
