What Is The Fruit Cake?

Fruit Cake is one of superb, tasty cake in this bakery side. It is made from chopped fruits. Including fresh fruits. It is very sticky and yummy cake with fresh fruits and nuts. This cake is fluffy from your beat method. When you beat it until the sugar melt and combine with all ingredients well you can get fine cake. This is the great cake method for other cakes from fruits. 

You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake.

Fruit Cake Ingredients : For 1kg

  • Butter                                                   250g
  • Sugar                                                    250g
  • Eggs                                                           5
  • Flour                                                     250g
  • Cherries                                                100g
  • Plums                                                   100g
  • Candied peel                                          50g
  • Ginger Preserve                                     50g
  • Cashew                                                  50g
  • Pumpkin Preserve                               100g
  • Baking Spices                                      tsp 1
  • Baking Powder                                    tsp 2
  • Brandy or Arrack                               tbsp 2
  • Almond Essence                                  tsp 2
  • Vanilla Essence                                    tsp 2
  • Rose Essence                                    tsp 1/4
  • Bee Honey or Golden Syrup        tbsp 1 1/2
  • Scraped peel of lemon                            1/4 
  • Dried Chow Chow Fruit                        50g


Method :

  • Firstly add baking powder to flour and stir well at least 3 times.
  • Cut all fruits and add bee honey and lemon peel. Stir well.
  • Now add flour slowly to fruits and keep it.
  • Now beat butter and sugar and add eggs one by one with beating well. 
  • After melt sugar add fruits for it.
  • Add brandy or arrack, Almond essence, vanilla essence, rose essence.
  • Put it to fruit cake pan and keep 45 minutes with 180c degrees.



NOTE

  •      Butter & Eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
  •      Pre heat your oven 10 minutes before keep cake.
