Orginal Basic Jaggery Cake With Dates
What Is The Jaggery Cake?
You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake.
This is Correct and best Jaggery Cake recipe. This is easy to make and yummy and very very soft.... This Is Delicious sweet and sticky One surely.... This cake is Superb cake for tea time for asian country . It is same like a date cake.
- Flour 150g
- Butter 150g
- Dates 150g
- Grated Jaggery 150g
- Sugar 150g
- Pumpkin Preserve 150g
- Plums 100g
- Sultana 100g
- Baking Powder tsp1
- Eggs 2
Met hod :
flour and baking powderFirstly add 3 times.stir - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Then add
one by one and beat untilegg yolk sugar.melt - Then add date, pumpkin
and sultana (all chopped). Addpreserve andjaggery stir well. - Mix flour
butter mixer and stir from spoon. Don't beat.to - Then add one egg white.
- Lastly, put
jaggery cake ovento , it 10 minutes.preheat - Then put it into oven 45 min at 180 C degrees
NOTE
- Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
