Christmas Cake Ingredient:
- Semolina 500g
- Sugar 1kg
- Butter 500g
- Raisins 750g
- Ginger Preserve 200g
- Cashew 750g
- Brandy 1
glassvine - Bee Honey 1 Vine glass
- Vanilla 1 bottle
- Almond 1 bottle
- Rose Essence 1 bottle
- Strawberry Jam 1/2 of
bottle - Mix Spices 25g
- Sultana 750g
- Cherry 300g
- Chow Chow 500g
- Candid peel 200g
- Eggs 25
Method
- Firstly, Cut all fruits
small pieces and add brandy, Vanilla, almond, rose essence small amount andto well. Keepstire .refrigerator - Heat semolina until it
goldturn . Keep to cold it. Then egg yolk, sugar andcolour well.butter beat - Then get fruit mixture and semolina. Stir them. Add rest essence to it. Add jam, Bee honey and spices. Stir well.
- Beat egg white separately.
mixthen above mixture.whith - Then put it in 1 or 2
(time depends on your oven) at 150-200 C degreeshour - Then sandwich two cake layers with icing. (See Butter Icing recipe for this.)
NOTE
- Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
- Before put cake to oven
preheat it 10 minutes.,
